Service Guidelines
- Please place materials in bags or containers – not to exceed 50 lbs.
- Bulk items and additional material will be collected at the same time as all other items.
- Any upholstered items (including mattresses and box springs) must be wrapped in plastic.
- Brush must be tied in bundles not exceeding 4 ft. x 2 ft., with branches 2 in. or less in diameter. Christmas trees over 5ft. must be cut in half.
- Please place yard waste in biodegradable brown paper bags or in containers that are clearly marked "Yard Waste Only"; stickers are available at City Hall.
- If setting out yard waste for collection, please place away from trash/recycling. Yard waste will be collected separately, the same day.
- Any missed collection must be reported within 24 hours.
- Please contact our office for collection of Freon based appliances ($100 disposal fee per item).

If a holiday falls on or before your collection day, service is delayed one day, that week only.
If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday there will be NO change in your scheduled pick up day
Recycling
- Recyclable materials are collected weekly.
- Do not bundle or bag materials – place loosely in bins.
- Plastic grocery bags are NOT accepted.
- Window glass and glass dishes are NOT recyclable.
optional containers for rent
- One 95 gallon trash cart will be provided to each residence free of charge.
- Additional 95 gallon trash carts available to rent for $3.50/ month. $42.00 will be billed annually.
- 65 gallon recycling carts are available for rent for $3.50/month. $42.00 will be billed annually.
